After noticing my Trane HVAC system was turning on and off rapidly I knew something was wrong. I quickly turned the system off and immediately contacted Air Zone Experts. They called me back within a few minutes, asked a couple of questions, and then scheduled a service call for the following morning. Arriving 10 minutes early on a Saturday morning, the technician promptly started triaging the issue and ruled out the most likely causes. Not finding the issue, they did not immediately give up and try to sell me a new system. Instead they diligently continued to dig deeper, troubleshooting each of the systems components all the way down to the individual wires to isolate the problem. Once the issue was know, having the part on the service truck it was quickly replaced and now my house is cool and comfortable again. For many years I was a regular customer of the area’s biggest HVAC companies, yet I never felt like I was a valued customer. That is not the case anymore knowing Air Zone Experts will go the extra mile. Most companies would have given up leaving us with the large unexpected expense of replacing our system, only because the technician did not have the knowledge or dedication to find that small little part causing all the issues. Thank you Air Zone Experts, you have made me a Customer for Life.

Adrian was awesome. He arrived early, was very professional and was able to solve our problem quickly. Although our A/C system is quite old, he was able to repair inexpensively and didn’t try to push us to purchase a new one. We will definitely be calling him again for any future needs!

Having your A/C go out in 100+ degree heat is the worst! Adrian was able to come out the same day and had us up and running immediately! Friendly, honest, reasonably priced, and fast! Highly recommend and will be calling him soon to start regular maintenance!

We have been using them for 3 years now and have nothing but great things to say! We had them over for an issue today and he went above and beyond for us! He took his time to explain the problem and give us tips on maintenance. Didn’t try to up sell or up charge. I definitely recommend their services!
